Children
Oualidia is safe and fun for children of all ages. The house and garden are great to explore, although children should be supervised on the roof terrace. If you have small children, we keep a travel cot, push chair and car seat at the house. For older children surfing, kite-flying, windsurfing, beach tennis and bird-watching are all popular. Surf lessons can be taken from the age of eight upwards. We have a little boat (and boatman) for exploring the lagoon and nearby pirate caves. Moroccans dote on children and you will be warmly welcomed in restaurants and anywhere else you go.
Health and safety tips : No travel vaccinations are necessary. Watch out for sun-burn. Take care on the jagged rocks by the sea.
